Don’t need a PT but need a programme designed to meet your goals and be accountable to someone?

Personalised 6 Week (Home/Gym) Programme starting at £33+

Initial consultation to gather information, needs analysis, training history, goals. The 6 Week programme is delivered as a PDF in a grid format to allow you to track your progress. Required Studio session on your first programme to go over the programme/exercise technique. Optional on continual programming depending on training level.

Make your own Private Class or Private Group Booking. Organise your group, contact Ruth and she will design and deliver a class based on your desired goals.
