- Initial Screening Assessment with Stage One Programme = £82
- LBPM / CE follow-up PT session (1 hour) = £48
Block book 10 LBPM / CE PT sessions and receive 10% Discount.
Olympic Lifting & Powerlifting Coaching Session (1 hour)
Technique focused session, with the intent to educate and coach you on the specific lift(s) to enhance your lifting ability and understanding of the movement.
1:1 = £48
Personalised 6 week (Home/Gym) Programme starting at £35+
Initial consultation to gather information, needs analysis, training history, goals. The 6 Week programme is delivered as a PDF in a grid format to allow you to track your progress Or via the Train Heroic App. Required Studio session on your first programme to go over the programme/exercise technique. Optional on continual programming depending on training level.
Private Group Sessions (45 mins) Block booking of 4 – 8 weeks applies

Body Check
Initial Body Check (30 – 45 mins goal dependant) = £32+
Follow-up Body Checks (20 – 30 mins) = £25+
Payment accepted by bank transfer, cash or cheque payable to Ruth Pottinger PT.
All block bookings must be paid for prior to 1st session.
PT block bookings can be paid in 1 or 2 instalments.
