Circuits

Circuits is a great way to enhance cardiovascular fitness, muscular endurance and body shape. The class uses a mixture of training equipment such as power bags, kettlebells, medicine balls, slam balls, BOSUs, dumbbells, suspension trainers, etc and your own body-weight. The class design changes every block with progressions and variations along the way.
